I need help with deleting wrong information

What do I need to write in order to delete the wrong information from my personal imdb page here?
Because I have written four times, attached photos, links and stuff like that and every time I have been rejected.The explanation was: Reason Badly Formatted.

The roles of me and a girl with the same first and last name, who is also an actress, are constantly mixed up,and then the people who 
edit Wikipedia share this wrong information also, taking it from here.
