I keep on getting declined without legit answers. can anyone help ?

I kept on getting declined for a short AI flim I made that has won numerous imdb qualifying awards, but I kept on getting this msg on every single category Your contribution has been declined.Your data referred to another item which has been declined or deleted, and this means that your data will not appear on the site. If you also submitted the original item and believe that it still warrants inclusion, please review the submission guide and resubmit. can anyone please help me since there is no specific note on why it is declined and how I can address it ?
