I just suggest to add a new sort of Movies -Drama , Romance, comedy, - i think we can add a -Motivation as a new sort of many many movies as many users like to watch a movies which is kind of motivation (Rocky-pursuit of happiness -Seven pounds -...)

Unfortunately, the process of adding a new genre on IMDb is either extremely difficult, or it is considered a very low priority by the IMDb staff, or both. Five new genres have been approved by the IMDb staff, but none of them have actually been added to the database, even though more than five years have passed since those genres were approved. Even if IMDb decided to start implementing new genres again, your suggested Motivation genre would have to compete with other potential genres that other people want to have approved (such as Martial Arts, Religion, Disaster, Intrigue, Educational, Essay, and Anime).
Therefore, if you can find other ways (besides creating a new genre) to indicate motivational movies, such as keywords or lists, you are more likely to have a successful result in doing so.
