I have two accounts, one has credits that are not correct.

Thankyou for getting back to me, So im in the middle of transferring credits over a couple of credits that are correct will not let me add to my account. Do you know how to get around this will i just need to that pictures of the credits?

Were the credits that you are having issues adding rejected? Do you have a submission number that I can take a look at? 

You can see your submissions in your Contribution History page.

Also, you have to include evidence for the submissions, the best option is a screengrab from the onscreen end credits to verify the credit is valid.

Our editors were unable to verify the credits, reason why they were not accepted, please resubmit with evidence and you should have no further problem.

Just tried added this again, for myself with Evidence but they declined it stating 'Badly Formatted' what does this mean?
