I have a Troll - Not Helpful is NOT helpful

Hello.

I have been a contributor to this website for over 7 years.  I post full reviews, have created lists and polls, have contributed photos and trivia.  I try to stay active.  I now have a troll for the past 6 months or so who automatically votes "Not Helpful" on every single movie review I post regardless.  I also post over on Letterboxd, and have an active account over there.  

I have contended for years now that the "Not Helpful" button be removed.  It is NOT helpful.  It is old thinking.  We do not need it.  If someone doesn't feel a review is helpful, they simply won't click on that option.  They don't need a "Not Helpful" button for that.  As a result, we get trolls, like I currently have, who will votie that way simply because they can, or to knock a review out of the best reviewed section.  Letterboxd has it right.  Over there, you can just vote if you Like the review.  That is all that's needed.

Please remove the "Not Helpful" option.  It clearly is time for a much needed change.  I believe you are the only website who still employs this outdated method.  And, please look into this troll.  I am getting pretty tired of having them vote "Not Helpful" on every single review I post.  They are obviously not going to stop.
