I don't understand why my reviews were approved on Feb. 11 but have not been posted yet
Not sure what to do when an external review has been approved but never shows up in the official list of external reviews. It's been over 8 days since the first submission so I tried to resubmit but was told it is a duplicate and they are still working on it. I have never had anything take this long before and I don't know who to contact. Here is the URL for the reviews. What's strange is the review for "The Woman in the House..." appeared right away but "After Life" and "And Just Like that" have been pending since Feb. 11

Hi Rosyfreddy-
I have reviewed both of the submission reference numbers and can confirm that the URL for your external reviews on "After Life" and "And Just Like That..." are already live on the site. The URL review link you submitted, however, for both of these series are on the episodes main pages instead of their title pages. You can find them here:
For "After Life," your external review it's on episodes #1.1, #1.2, #1.3, #1.4, #1.5 and #1.6.
For "And Just Like That...," your external review it's on episodes #1.1, #1.2, #1.3, #1.4, #1.5.
If you wanted the URL review link to just appear on both of these series title pages instead, you are welcome to correct them.
