The ability to rate a title is only available after it's been released - if you can't see the option to vote it means the system doesn't know the title has been released.
This often means the title doesn't have a release date associated with it - to fix this, submit a release date to the title and once approved, the option to vote will appear.
I can’t change release date, i see error “Sorry, it’s not possible to correct this item directly. You will have to delete it and add a new item”. But when i deleted i can’t add new item.
Right now, the release date is listed as 2024, but without the month and day. This means the system will treat the title as unreleased until 2025. IMDb doesn't allow voting on a title until it is released.
Once the month and day are added, users will be able to vote on it.
