I can't add or correct IMDB links in the family details section.
I am trying to update the family details section of Scott Waugh (I) https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0915304 . His father Fred Waugh https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0915285 and his brother Ric Roman Waugh https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0006846 are listed under his family details section, but they are not hyperlinked to their IMDB webpages.
When I tried to correct Scott's family details section to add the hyperlinks, I was informed that "Sorry, it's not possible to correct this item directly. You will have to delete it and add a new item instead. [do it]" So when I did that, it rejected it and said "This item has been rejected. You need to correct this item before it will be accepted. The name you are trying to add is already listed under this relation."
So I'm at a stalemate here. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Thank you for reporting this and bringing it to our attention! I have done some further investigation and I can also see that yes the message you got for correcting the family relations on this name page is not letting the submission go through. Even though the names are listed, it should be able to enable the correction to the hyperlinks of their IMDb name pages.
I have gone ahead and fixed the family relations with the respective hyperlinks. However, I have also filed a ticket to the appropriate team for further investigation.
