I can't add a name at birth
I haven't been able to add a person's name at birth for several days. As soon as I add something to the Explanation column, the page stops responding. But if you don't add anything there, everything works fine. I tried it from different PCs, tablets and smartphones - the result is the same.

Thanks for reporting, this is very odd behavior and I was able to replicate. I have filed a ticket for the appropriate team to promptly investigate. As soon as I have any updates I will relay the information here.
