I can’t add a credit to a music video, production, I was in.

I’ve submitted the required “evidence” to prove that I was in a music video. I listed it as “uncredited” as required if I’m not in the credits (most music videos don’t have rolling credits anyway), I am clearly seen throughout most of the video, and I even submitted my call sheet from the production company for the project, AND a screen grab that also clearly shows my face…

Why is my contribution still being declined???

**I have spoken with the other co-star that was in the music video with me (Ashley Terpstra), and she had no problem getting listed on the project. She is currently listed now.
