I attempted to submit a new film but it hasn't confirmed whether the data-editors received the submission - Has it been sent?

I just finalized the submission form to add a new title - SB Nation's new documentary The People You're Paying to Be in Shorts (2022). I've added titles before, I know the process. I checked that the title had not yet been added, logged in to my IMDb account, brought up the submission form and filled it out, checked the updates until they all showed green, and landed on the "Your updates are ready to submit to our data-editors" page - standard procedure. But when I clicked "Submit these updates", it brought me back to the same page, no confirmation screen, no reference number for my contribution history, just the same "Your updates are ready to submit to the data-editors" message displayed earlier. I clicked the link several times, clicked the "re-check these updates" button and tried submitting again, and even re-filled out the form from scratch on another tab and tried once more. No confirmation whether the title was sent, no update on my contributions history page, nada. I hope I haven't accidentally sent several forms to the data-editors, if I have, I apologize for the annoyance. Can someone confirm whether or not the new title was submitted for approval?
