Hungarian letters Ő Ű

The Hungarian letters 336 [Ő] 337 [ő] 368 [Ű] 369 [ű] are not accepted in certain fields like episode title, but are accepted in film/show title.

In the TV show Kérem a következőt! (tt0168343), the letter ő is used, and another example is A kockásfülű nyúl (tt0133307), where the letter ű is used.

But for episode titles, it isn't possible to insert Ő ő Ű ű, so some episodes have incorrectly spelt names:

Most kezdõdik a bál (tt0623677) – should be "Most kezdődik a bál", Hungarian doesn't even have the letter õ

Ürge-zür (tt1345636) – should be "Ürge-zűr"

Hol vagyunk, erdöben? (tt1184147) – should be "Hol vagyunk, erdőben"

Vetélkedö (tt1552155) – should be "Vetélkedő"

A fényképezögép (tt1376338) – should be "A fényképezőgép"
Az erömüvész (tt1824267) – should be "Az erőművész"
A repülö térkép (tt1238427) – should be "A repülő térkép"

Hi liggliluff -

Thanks for reporting the issue adding these Hungarian characters, I have reached out to out tech team for further information/confirmation as to if we are supporting these characters.

As soon as I have an update I will relay the information here.

Cheers!

Hi liggliluff -

I'm just following up here to confirm that, unfortunately, we are not currently supporting UTF8 encoded episode titles, this is why the specific characters you reported are displaying an error/warning within the Contribution form.  If there are title's listed on the site with these characters (as you previously pointed out), this means that the characters/titles were listed on the site prior to our current technical limitations.

Our technical teams are aware of these limitations, though due to other site/technical priorities, we don't yet have a timeline as to when we will make the fix to support these characters.
