How would you credit the following Special Thanks?

One of the shows I am adding has the following line in the credits:

Special Thanks to "Queen of Wraps"

I am not sure if this is a company or an inside reference to a specific person. Which category should it go under: Thanks, Miscellaneous Companies, or Crazy Credits?

C Park,

If what was found on a web search is correct, Queen of Wraps is a company.

In my opinion, the credit should be submitted in the Miscellaneous Companies section.

Those credits would go in the "other crew" section.

Jeorj Euler, actually it goes to "Thanks" section, which is separate from "Other crew", although from case to case odd credits may go to either of the two depending on what they say.

”Thanks” credits for people and companies doesn’t go to the ”same place”. Why should they? ”Thanks” credits are part of the filmography in the name page. If the person is credited (thanked) with the company name, additional ”thanks” credit for the company is not added (credit goes only to a person).

For example: ”Doe, John —— thanks: Burger Queen”
(In this example John Doe is thanked in the credits alongside with the company Burger Queen - company name is added after a colon)

C Park,

For what it's worth, what is the title of the project? The title's filming location could confirm where the company's location.

C Park,

Correcting an error from the previous message, what is the title of the project?

The title's subject matter and filming locations could also confirm the company's name.

The name of the show is "Rachel & Me", and it is filmed in Midvale, UT.  Here is a screen cap of the credit in question:

The special thanks is likely a Utah-based company that deals with custom advertisement wrap on vehicles. I'm not going to post the URL of the page here. You can find the company's web page through a web search.

Thanks for the still and the additional information.

I am also curious what character name to use for the actors listed in the "What Kids Know" segment.  I suppose himself/herself would work.

If the character's name is unrevealed in the story, then write in a short description where the character name would go. If the character's appearance, behavior or remark cannot be determined, then leave it blank.

What you see above is as much of a character name as we have. Perhaps each of these should be added as: 'What Kids Know' Kid

Just "Kid" without the quotation marks would be preferable.

Since they are part of a segment, the role field could altogether be...
Kid (segment "What Kids Know")
...or ...
Interviewee (segment "What Kids Know")
...or ...
(segment "What Kids Know")
If this program is the type that I suspect it may be, then it might be fine, for each case, to use the actor's first name for filling out role field followed by the segment phrase.
