The title Kör Nokta has very few items showing- How did it get approval to be published?

How did the HBO (Max) worlwide release in 2023 get aproval?
No External Sites submitted
Furthermore, the Plot outine is very similar to this other Kör Nokta (2024) Title

@Fran Can't be merged : 2 different Titles.

The only most recent information I found is this article: HBO Max'in ilk yerli dizisi duyuruldu! Kör Nokta dizisi konusu ne, oyuncuları kimler? - TRHaber dated 21st March 2024. "The cast of the series, which will start shooting in Gökçeada in 2 months, has not yet been clarified."

It is a 2022 HBO Max Turkey project anounced in 2022 and wrote about in 2023.

Definitely not released worldwide in 2023 as stated in IMDB database at the moment.
