Such an inquiry is best directed through the form found at https://help.imdb.com/contact. At least two of the reasons for this advice are (1) that the IMDb staff for further reasons likely prefers to not to discuss this kind of thing on the public forum, and (2) that a solicitor won't be embarrassed in the event of his or her request being publicly declined. I should rightly imagine that these kinds of partnerships with IMDb are established on an "invite only" basis. I also believe that image partners are held to very high standards and are expected to produce high-quality contributions.

For decades, the image partners with IMDb have been uploading all kinds of photographs to the various image galleries found on the site. That is what they do, therefore what they are can be deduced from the aforementioned. The images uploaded by them are not inextricably tethered (or "locked") to any particular claimed IMDb name page.

Hi, Nishanth Patel. Welcome to the forum of/for the IMDb Community! If the IMDb company intended for you (Nishanth) to be able to upload images to a particular artist's profile (without claiming the corresponding page) or every artist's profile (regardless), then a tool or widget for doing so would be present in the IMDb interface as it appears in when you (Nishanth) are logged into IMDb. (Note: Claiming an IMDb name page requires an active IMDbPro subscription, and the claim is deactivated whenever the subscription ends.)

I don't understand the question. The IMDb website has various kinds of options, buttons, tools, widgets, menus, control panels and submission interfaces, and some of them are only accessible to IMDbPro subscribers, whereas others only accessible to participants of specific programs. The IMDb staff members have access to features that allow them to be able to do their jobs, but not all of these employees have access to every feature germane to maintaining the site. In regards to non-staff, just an example, people might be interested to know that the content of certain paths within https://contribute.imdb.com/ varies slightly based on the volume of contributions the person navigating it has made over the course of period of time.

Nishanth Patel. Technically, every submission goes through a web path on https://contribute.imdb.com/. Any kind of popup menu for "editing" that is accessed from https://www.imdb.com/, https://m.imdb.com/ or https://pro.imdb.com/ is effectively hosted from https://contribute.imdb.com/. I do recall that the swiki interfaces might have belonged to a separate mechanism. (No actual submission receipts would be generated for edits made through the swiki system.) Anyway, an IMDb member account with default privileges is the second to most limited in which features of IMDb it can be used to access. The IMDb Help articles include instructions for all of the tools accessible to ordinary IMDb members who lack subscriptions to IMDbPro. The IMDb Help articles also include instructions for most of the tools accessible to ordinary IMDbPro subscribers. Hardly any documentation is publicly available in regards to other programs that customers or contributors either have to apply for participation in or are offered on an individualized basis.

One unfortunate symptom of the way the company has a habit of organizing these various enhanced privileges is that high-volume contributors can find themselves gaining access to some features without realizing that most contributors do not have the same level of access. For instance, when the IMDb staff unveiled the Datasets system (a replacement of the Alternative Interfaces system), none of them immediately made everybody aware of the existence of the Extended Datasets, so only contributors meeting certain achievement criteria were even aware of it and those contributors could not immediately understand why other contributors were unaware. Luckily nobody got into a frustrating dispute over the conflicting "reality", as the IMDb staff did at that point immediately explain what the deal was.
