How to upload credits that are not being accepted?

Drewmaru: I just tested these names, and here's what I got.

For bhyper, I got the following warnings:

'bhyper' is capitalised in a way that is unusual in IMDb names.
The more usual way would be 'Bhyper'. Please verify that 'bhyper' is how the name usually appears in credits before submitting it.

One of the main parts of bhyper starts with a lowercase letter which is unusual in IMDb names.
Please verify that this is how the name usually appears in credits before submitting it.

However, for both of these warnings, there was a checkbox that said, "Warning understood, go ahead anyway."

And for Demented_ID, I got the following warnings:

'Demented_ID' ends with an uppercase letter which is unusual in IMDb names.
Please verify that this is how the name usually appears in credits before submitting it.

'Demented_ID' contains combinations of characters (Demented_ID) which are unusual in IMDb names.
Please verify that this is how the name usually appears in credits before submitting it.

But again, for each warning there was a checkbox marked "Warning understood, go ahead anyway."

For bhyper, there was a warning with a list of other vaguely similar names, with the second-to-last option saying:

This is a different person not currently listed - create 'bhyper'.

And for Demented_ID, there was no list of suggestions, but there was an option that said:

This is a different person not currently listed - create 'Demented_ID'.

So, in short, if you check all the "Warning understood, go ahead anyway" checkboxes, and select the option for "This is a different person not currently listed ...", you should be able to get the form to appear with a green background and submit these two people under their stage names of bhyper and Demented_ID exactly as they are credited.
