How to Submit evidence?

I recently re-submitted a change to a Movie, changing its production status from "Completed" to "Released". However, it was declined because there was not enough evidence. How do I submit evidence that the film is released, and what would that evidence include?

Thank you for your problem report.

Please refer to our help page for details on providing evidence for titles that are completed and have screened. Additionally you can provide a link to the title in question, which we can look into to determine why your submission may have been declined. For example, a release date addition may be required as noted in our Production Status help page.

Thanks for the reply! The film in question (Trainaway) is "Released" so to speak, but it has not yet been screened in any cinemas, although it will shortly (within a few months). How do I submit proof for something such as that?

Hi @Grababana,

If the title has not yet screened publicly, it can not be listed as "Released". Once you can provide a release date for a public screening with supporting evidence, the production status can be changed to "Released". You can find more information on Release Dates and the "Release Types" we accept in our help guide.

Additionally, please see our Title Eligibility help page, if the title does not meet the criteria listed, it could be subject to removal from the database. Please see the FAQ in our New Title help guide for more information.

Hi @Grababana,

Suitable evidence would be any official and verifiable communication of a public screening or release date for the title. If the title is releasing in theaters, you should provide documentation or verifiable evidence to support this. If the title has released online, a link to the title that clearly features the designated release date would also be sufficient.
