How to submit death information for Thommie Blackwell?

Hi @spiderakim - You can submit the death date information directly on Thommie Blackwell's IMDb page, just scroll to the "Contribute to this page" section near the bottom and click on the "Edit Page" button.  You will be redirected to our contribution form, within the form there is a "Biographical Information" section, this is where you will add the death date date information.  Once you have submitted the data it will be reviewed by our editors.
