How to submit a user review correction?

I noticed that a user review has the wrong actor's name for one of the parts.  Is there a way to get it corrected?

Hi @camsaw,

Only the user who submitted the user review can edit this.

Cheers!

@Ozzy

So is there a way to notify the review's author?

The first user review for 1947 "Crossfire" is by jpdoherty.  It mentions Robert Young as the actor who plays the pipe-smoking detective, but looks like it was actually Tom Keene.  A great review apart from that.

Wait, the detective looks like Robert Young from "Father Knows Best".  So the review is correct, and apologies for the alarm.  I thought the detective is the one who does all the detecting, and in the credits Tom Keene is the only one labeled as a detective, and I did not find any photos to show what he looked like at that stage of his career.  But in photo #49 Robert Young is referred to as "Detective Finlay".  So Tom Keene must be another detective we barely see.  It would help if the credits would label Robert Young as "Detective Finlay".  I have submitted that.  I don't see Tom Keene in any of the photos, I wonder what scene(s) he shows up in.

@camsaw It is a verified cast, he is credited as 'Finlay' in the end credits and as per IMDb rules can only be listed as such. IMDb credits should be screen accurate only.

The ability to edit another user's review is neither viable nor desirable.

IMDb users know that user reviews contents are not "gospel" and that's good enough.
