how to submit a supposed 'fake number' as a goof, when its a REAL number

Jason Statham's 'Redemption'  the answering machine greeting,  a phone number is read off,  and just like all movies, is typically started with a prefix or a area code that isn't real.  well this number is a 212-555-**** number,  i back checked the number using my Telco Engineering status,  the number that was repeated,  is actually a REAL NUMBER,  it is actually assigned to a business.  i silently rang it ( which telco companies can do without the POTS system actually ringing the number ) and it came back with a legit tone, which means it has a phone on the end of it. 

The assigned 555 prefix only uses numbers ranging from (xxx)555-0100 to 555-0199 for hollywood.... the number in 'Redemption' is WELL outside of that range.  i won't disclose the actual number for professional courtesy reasons but anyone can figure it out by watching the movie.   


My core question,  which is the title of this post,  how can i post that as a technicality under goofs, or would that be a Trivia thing?
