How to report wrongly merged profiles?

Hello, I've found a badly mangled issue with late sports journalist Chris Mortensen (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0607762/). Another person by that name, a documentary filmmaker of some sort, seems to have been merged with him. Not only their resumes, but biographical data including birth and death dates, external sites, etc. have been jumbled together. I tried to issue corrections, but the contribute date of birth setting was not enabled. Looks like it needs a restoration of some sort by IMDb admins... where to report this?
