How to Report Bad Amazon Video/On Disc Links

I would like to know how to report a bad Amazon Video/On Disc link.
I just stumbled upon

at
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0029583/
and see bad links on a regular basis. 

I tried searching the Help Hub for "dvd link", which pointed to this

which points to this form for adding links

It would be a lot nicer if it we got a Contribution form that already filled in half that info. I'm not inclined to do that much work to fix a bad link for Amazon sales.
