How to report an obvious error
I must be doing something wrong, because even when I report obvious errors, they are declined (unable to verify). My question is about how to report an error. Take the example of an actor being credited for two movies - one movie made in 1956 in which he plays a 25 year old character, the other movie made in 2001 in which he plays a 15 year old character. It is obvious to me that this cannot be the same person. What is the correct way to report this situation?

IMDb has the 1940 movie Northwest Passage starring Spencer Tracy as Major Richard Rogers. Major Rogers' first name is Robert, not Richard.
