How to rectify the awarding of the green Top Reviewer badge?

In this thread, the user Fella_shibby pointed out that they had contributed 1,307 user reviews but did not have the green "Top Reviewer" badge, even though accounts with fewer reviews had been awarded this badge. @Michelle reviewed the situation and promptly rectified it by filing a ticket and then awarding Fella_shibby the badge. I believe I am in the same situation as I have contributed 1,667 reviews and don't have this badge yet. @Michelle, if the awarding of the badge is not automatic and is only considered on request, would you be able to look into my situation in the same way that you did for Fella_shibby, please?
