How To Reach Support Staff?? A submission keeps getting denied with a generic link sent to me to "explain why" - though it's not clear.

As the title says, I have tried to submit the creators own image to a movie and it keeps getting denied and for a reason that is not clear to me. How can I reach support to get clarification? I mean, the company who created the movie, created the photo, yet it keeps being declined.
