How to prove someone was not in a production?

There's 2 credits on my wife's IMDB that shouldn't be there. She's never been in these productions from 10 years ago and we have no clue why they're under her name. We did a web series 11 years ago and she's been a stay at home mom ever since.

Every time we try to have the erroneous entries deleted - no matter what we say or provide proof - they're never deleted.

So how do you prove someone was NOT in a production. How do you prove a negative to IMDB with the absence of evidence - that's what they want.

One of the productions, it's a completely different named actress. We linked the wikipedia - "Hey, THIS is the actress that plays that part!" Won't delete it.

The other production, it's an obscure actress in the UK with the same name. I can't even find a picture of her. No amount of reasoning or common sense gets through. Nothing is deleted.

Anyone have any ideas? It seems anyone can add any credits they want.

Okay, thanks. Hope you get help. Looks like you'll have to show proof, though. Perhaps a signed original embossed birth certificate proving identity as well as a sworn affidavit with a drop of blood. Then have it published in the WSJ with endorsements from at least 7 editors. Then you may have a 50/50 shot with this system they have.

Good luck.

I created a screenshot flowchart with red arrows, headshots, screenshots of the erroneous actress contrasted with the correct actress as well as myriad links to youtube videos to the exact second of the characters played wrapped in an enigma.

Only possible now in 2021 because everything is streamable.

It worked. 11 years later, they fixed it. Thanks!
