How to merge two series: One has the Status: "Filming"

Hi, 

I want to merge the following two series:

"Stars & Talente" (2020): https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13616472/reference/?ref_=ttep_ov_bk 

"Stars & Talente by Leona König 2023-2024" (????): https://www.imdb.com/title/tt29720894/reference/?ref_=ra_gb_ln%3Fref_%3Dra_dc_ln

A merge is denied because "If you need to change the year as included in the title, please submit a release date corresponding to the new year." 

I can't change or add a release date I guess because the Status is "Filming". 

Do I have to change the status first?

Or is there a simpler way?
