How to merge duplicate titles

Hi, I'm trying to merge titles produced by my company, which somehow ended up with two separate title pages, I have tried through the "Title Correction" option (https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/how-can-i-merge-two-titles/GAL233TVTCPMLVDK?ref_=helpart_nav_17#) but keep getting declined. The titles in question are: The Black Diamond Race: the correct page is tt40444551, the incomplete, incorrect one is: tt34566862 Mini Cuccioli a scuola / Mini Pet Pals Start School: the correct page is tt15789210, the incomplete, incorrect one is: tt31317318 - in this case the incomplete page is simply the English version of the original Italian title Can anyone help?
