How to know what exactly doesn't meet the contribution guidelines?

Hello, I tried to update the summary on my short film and it's been declined. I was just editing some sentences in it so it's more accurate and reads better. It's been declined due to it not meeting the contribution guidelines but going through the guidelines I can't find the issue.
