How to Improve translations?

For translations of Plot Outlines, additions/corrections/deletions can be submitted through our online Update form.  Unfortunately, we do not yet support translation improvements for other data types.

Concerning your question, can you provide further insight into which specific content on the site you are looking to report and/or provide feedback for improved translations?

thank you for your quick response. The request did not relate to the content but to the translations of the website itself. I looked at the pages in German and found the entry 'Trademark' in the 'Biographical Information' section very confusingly translated. The correct German word for this would be 'Markenzeichen' not 'Handelsmarke'. 'Handelsmarke' is something like a product name. Likewise, the 'Height' of a person (Personal details) should be translated as 'Größe' not 'Höhe'. The used translation 'Höhe' for a person is not common in German.
