how to find related item that was declined that caused my submissions to be declined
Hello. I tried to add several episodes to a locally produced quiz-bowl type TV show, "As Schools Match Wits" .
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt12601558/
I appeared on the show decades ago, but I have no connect to the products (it is still in production). I was using information from these pages:
https://www.nepm.org/show/as-schools-match-wits
https://www.pbs.org/show/as-schools-match-wits/
However, everything I try to submit, even when I try to add more evidence from the webpages from the TV station that creates the show, and from the PBS network itself, everything gets declined because
Your contribution has been declined.Your data referred to another item which has been declined or deleted, and this means that your data will not appear on the site. If you also submitted the original item and believe that it still warrants inclusion, please review the submission guide and resubmit."
One example is
221204-015252-872000
One I haven't fleshed out as much yet is
#221201-083015-482000
etc ( I thought I would get one cleaned up and accepted and then do more)
But - I don't see a way to find out what related item (which may have been someone else's contribution) was declined that caused mine to be declined. Do I have to submit the creation of a new empty season or something before I can add episodes to that season (because none of the very few existing episodes are from the season I want to add episodes to).
If I don't know what the related item that was declined was, that caused mine to be declined, I'll never know how to fix it (or get someone else to fix their item).
Thank you.

If the episode as a whole has been declined then all the credits will be declined in the way you have seen. In this case, it may be easier to add the episode separately first with supporting evidence - TV schedule perhaps. If the eligibility of the episode is the issue you need to get that sorted out first.
If you added a credit that would have created a new name then if the creation of the new name is declined, the credit will be declined with the message you are seeing. The new name creation does not show up as a separate item in the tracking system.
If the credits are for names that are shown on screen then a screen grab showing the name may help to get it accepted. If the person being credited is announced either by the host or a voice-over then that is also eligible I believe but a bit harder to provide evidence. I sometimes take screen grabs of the on-screen subtitles from a catch-up service if I think there may be a need for more evidence.
If people are clearly visible on screen but not named either on screen or in an announcement then they must be submitted as '(uncredited)' and in that case information from the official site of the TV station may be helpful.

The entire episode is declined because something else has been declined, but it does not tell me what, which leaves me at a loss on how to remedy whatever the issue is (which could be with one of my items, or it could be someone else's item).
"Your data referred to another item which has been declined or deleted, and this means that your data will not appear on the site".
