How to do a title split?

Hello!

I wonder what is the best way to turn one IMDB title into two? The movies "When Eagles Strike (2003)" and "Operation Balikatan (2003)" are two vastly different movies but currently share one entry on IMDB. The credits on the current single IMDB entry mainly apply to "When Eagles Strike (2003)". I tried a title correction but to now avail.

While both movies share some of the action scenes and basically tell a similar story, they do that from two different perspectives and with partially different actors and distinct dialog scenes.

Here's the DVD covers for the two movies

Thanks for any pointers

Just to note, if an IMDb title page for one of the films doesn't already exist, there won't be a way to create it through the very process of trying to relocated data items from one title page to another, and instead  https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/edit?update=title will have to first be filled out, submitted and approved. See https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/how-can-i-move-credits-to-another-page/GYZQEK7ACM9KCUNA# please for a detailed instructions that reveal the idea behind how to relocate items between pages that are the same type of page.
