How to disable review confirmation email?

I'm not certain whether there are notifications for reviews. If there are:

1. On the drop down menu under your name, click "Your Profile". This will bring you to your profile page (www.imdb.com/profile).
2. Click Your Account (https://secure.imdb.com/register-imdb/loggedin) under Quick Links. This will bring you to Your Account page.
3. Under Preferences click Update general site preferences.
4. Make certain that these email options are selected.

• Watchlist: US wide release
• Notifications of comments on my lists

I tried what you suggested, but it did not help. I think my request has nothing to do with my watchlist or with lists in general.

Can anybody be of further assistence?

Any news here? I really don#t want to receive an email for every single review I'm posting.
