How to correct wrong input?

Reference:

S01E15 - The Flash (TV Series) - Out of Time (2015)
Goofs - Factual errors
A lightning cannot affect people inside a car (or cause it to explode) as depicted since cars behave like a Faraday cage, conducting electricity through outer casing to ground.

My point is: Cars don't really touch the ground, because there tubes, tyers are all rubber which is not conductor of electricity, so they cannot release the electricity to ground.

Also, if cars have all the doors, glasses closes, it does become a shell that can have electric charge only on surface, but, at molecular level, it is just individual parts of metals, touching each other, separated just by rubbers, plastics, glasses, etc. which would have more than enough gap at molecular level for electrons to pass through, so the charge from outside would come to inside of a closed car and persons sitting inside would feel a shock if they happen to touch any metal part.

So that part is incorrect, how does one correct or edit it?

I'm not sure you're right. My first Google hit says, "In fact, your car is an everyday example of a Faraday cage, which is why, despite what you may have heard about rubber tires, it's actually the closed, metal chassis surrounding you that keeps you safe."

In general, goofs can be edited through the edit links on the IMDb page. If you're using a mobile device you may not see edit links on the goofs page, but you should still be able to access the edit feature on the main title/episode page.
