How to contact editorial staff

Who decides whether a review is acceptable or not? And is there any way to contact them? Over the past month, I have submitted two reviews that haven't seen the light of day and I would like to know why. I suspect it may be that I dared to question the wisdom of writers contriving an overabundance of what appears to be gratuitous LGBTQ+ characters who appear for an episode then immediately disappear from the narrative. They seem to be there purely for the purpose of satisfying some LGBTQ+ quota...in some cases even after clearly establishing a character as straight. It's mind-boggling.
