I uploaded a poster for my film on IMDb (Link), but I later made a new version of the poster and now I can't change it.

Click on the image required, use the edit key (the pencil icon) and then put a tick in "suggest as main image".
The only thing is, the replacement will have to be in the format of "poster", not "still frame", etc.
