How to change a TV episode into a TV movie?

This episode (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt21603394/) is not actually a part of the "Furuhata Ninzaburo" TV show. It's a prequel TV movie which was aired separately two years after the show ended and was meant as a pilot for a new series. Also, it should be called "Furuhata chūgakusei" (2008) (TV).
