How to change a "Self" credit into "Actor" section?

I'm trying to help someone whose voice acting credit is somehow appearing on their page as a "Self" credit. I tried deleting the "voice" attribute on the credit in hopes that it would move categories on its own without luck. I've tried deleting the credit completely so I can then re-add it, which has been rejected as unverified despite providing an explanation. If the credit has a character name, why is it not defaulting as an Acting credit? Any ideas on how to make this credit stop appearing as a Self credit?

Deleting credits or attributes falsely is not the way to do it. They shouldn't have accepted your attribute removal either.

Anyway, adding a reenactment keyword to the title page would solve it, assuming character name does not start with "Self" right? You can also try deleting the "non-fiction" keyword if it has it.

@mbmb totally agree, just trying to find the work around so the credit appears on the page appropriately. If deleting and re-adding will work then I find it worth trying. This is a cartoon voice over with the only keywords being "animation", "short" and "adventure". Thanks for these suggestions, though I'd be concerned about adding "reenactment" because that would be pretty far off base for this title. None of the characters are listed as "Self" yet all are appearing in the actors Self sections. They are all high profile, recognizable character names so I'd think it would be clear these are acting roles.

@sajen39 "animation", "short" etc.. are genres. I meant keywords, can you check "Plot Keywords" section and see what's there? You can also post the title page here so we can check.

@mbmb I went ahead and added 'reenactment' and it worked! Thank you so much for the tip!
