How to block another users account

We dismissed a writer who falsely claimed to have worked on projects she did not actually participate in. Since then, she has continued to list herself in our credits. Is there a way to permanently prevent her from taking credit for work she has not earned? We want to ensure she doesn't try to deceive other artists the same way she tried to deceive us.
