How to add photo for actress already in page of TV episode in which she appeared?

I want to add a photo to the IMDB page of the actress Ninette Bravo (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0106108/), which only has 1 photo of the back of her head. There is already a photo of her face on the IMDB page of a TV show in which she appeared (The Streets of San Francisco, S2E7, episode: "Harem" - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0711531/). But I cannot find a link to add a photo to Ms. Bravo's IMDB page, or even link to the photo on the IMDB page for "Harem." Please tell me how to use the photo on the "Harem" page on Ms. Bravo's page. Thank you.
