How on earth do I get rid of a wrong credit

I'm credited as a costume designer on a random show that I didn't even work and know nothing about. I've sent a correction a few times asking fro this to be removed but it's denied beause it lacks proof. I don't know anyone who worked on it so I can't get a crew list to show them my name is not on there. It's very frustrating that trying to correct credits on the site is impossible
