How my film festival can become IMDB-qualified

Greetings to all, I am Yevheniia Kolesnykova, filmmaker from Ukraine and director of the Max Sir International FIlm Festival, which for 3 years of its existance covers 167 countries, received more than 6000 films and gather more than 1000 people while screenings. Also I created a program "Cinema in Schools" which aims visiting 100 schools around Ukraine in order to showcase the world cinema to children affected by war and teach them how to make their own films on mobile phones. I always try to develop the film festival, so my goal is to make it IMDB-qualified. What are the steps for that? Will be grateful for the help.
