How do you indicate that a TV film received a limited theatrical release?

This question relates to The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse (2022) (TV). It is listed by IMDb as a TV movie, and its first US release is listed as being December 25, 2022 (internet).

However, the film has now received a limited US theatrical release too, since it was Oscar-nominated for Best Animated Short Film, as part of Shorts TV's 2023 Oscar Nominated Short Films: Animation package.

Since The Boy, the Mole's title type is a TV production, when submitting a Release Date for its US theatrical release, how should we indicate that it is a (limited) theatrical release? Should I choose "Other" and then provide the attributes (theatrical release) (limited)? Something like that was the policy for TV productions released theatrically in the past -- see https://web.archive.org/web/20200711175028/https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/release-dates/GVUUDEPJNAW6G35P# for example -- but the (theatrical release) attribute is not currently mentioned in the Release Dates submission guide, so I don't know if it is still considered acceptable.

The guide's section on non-theatrical information used to include this:

Conversely, sometimes a title that's made for TV or straight to video gets a theatrical release in some countries. In such cases, use the attribute (theatrical release) to indicate it.

Not sure why this isn't included anymore.

Hi All -

I have requested an update to our Release Date Help guide to include this specific missing information.

@gromit82 in the meantime, yes, I would submit with the attributes "(theatrical release) (limited)" and include an explanation for the editor for context.

Cheers!
