How do you get IMDB Pro to answer emails etc?
I’ve been trying to get some things on my account altered and a new (important) credit added for ages to no avail. How do I get IMDB Pro to actually acknowledge my attempts to contact them?

Hi Stacey_Guthrie -
Can you clarify what updates you are trying to make to your IMDb/IMDbPro page?
You also mentioned having trouble getting a credit added, in order for our staff to take a look can you post the 18-digit submission reference number associated with your most recent update?

Hi- I’ve been trying to get a credit removed for nearly two years as it’s not relevant to my job as an actor.
I didn’t realise that actor/actress was gender related and chose actor as I don’t like the term actress. You don’t go to see a doctoress, or get taught by a teacheress- I mean it’s 21st century right?! What’s wrong with a male/female option?
The reference number I’ve posted refers to one episode of a Netflix series - I need six episodes to be added but haven’t had any response from IMDB Pro despite this being my second attempt to get it added.
The whole site is clunky and nonsensical and for the money I hoped that upgrading to Pro was going to make a difference. The only difference I can see is that people can see my photo on any credits 🤷♀️

Hi Stacey_Guthrie -
Thanks for your feedback.
Regarding the episode credit, I can confirm that the credit wasn't approved because our editors were unable to verify the information and will need to see further evidence.
For more information on how to provide credit evidence I encourage you to review our Help Guide. Once re-submitted with evidence our editors will take another look.
Let us know if you encounter any further issues!

How are other cast members able to add themselves then? In one case it only took two hours!

Also, the help article says to upload evidence to the web. Such as where? Where am I supposed to post a copy of my contract with a link? Other cast members haven’t been asked for any evidence at all so why am I being put through such hoops?
And when will the gender mistake be corrected?
I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad service, what exactly am I paying for?

Can anyone answer the question about where I’m supposed to upload this required “evidence”? Anyone?

That really doesn’t help. Thankfully another user has pointed me in the right direction.
