How do you determine who submitted to launch an IMDB title page?

An IMDb title page went live for a series that my team is responsible for launching. Is there a way to determine who put in the request to submit the title? We are a television network that commissions production companies to produce content for us, but maintain all of the show information and manage the IMDb pages. It would be helpful to figure out who launched the page so we can manage the workflow in the future.
