How do you correct an incorrect IMDb program TITLE?

@Michelle​ Well, Michelle, I did indeed. I submitted a title correction - #260508-152452-501000 - explaining at great length and with documentation that the program has always been titled “The Third Commandment” and has NEVER been referred to as “The Ten Commandments” (except, once, erroneously, by a  newspaper column that appeared the year before the telecast, which confused the upcoming program with the proposed series based on the program).

I was happy to see that my submission was approved! But instead of changing the title, IMDb left it as “The Ten Commandments”! They simply added a note beneath it: “Original title: The Third Commandment”.  That would indicate that the original title changed at some point. But there is no evidence whatsoever to support that . Can you help?
