How do you combine two episodes with Roman numerals?

Normally you can combine two titles with Roman numerals if you discover they are actually the same title, but I cannot figure out how to do it when they are both within the same series.  The numeral does not show up on the correction form, and I tried putting the title link instead, but it reads that as the literal title rather than converting it to its title format as it does in other parts of the form.

I need to combine these two:

It is my fault on this occasion, as I corrected them both too close together, rather than waiting for one to go through and then merging.
