How do series episodes get "also known as" titles?

I see (specially documentary) series episodes often have "also known as" titles in other languages, but I've not been able to figure out how to add them. In films this is obvious (edit item Alternate Titles), but how is this done for individual episode titles?

PS. In 2017 an answer was given under the title "Is the attribute "Also Known As (AKA)" not available for TV episodes?" claiming one cannot be added, but for example https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6493300/reference shows that this is no longer correct.
