How do I remove myself from a school credit posted without my permission?

This is causing me much personal and professional distress. My school project was posted without my permission or knowledge. By doing so, they have violated my privacy and the student code of conduct. I’ve asked my professors, they claim they’ve tried to remove me, but I’ve been attempting this removal since August. How do I remove myself from this credit immediately?

@Fran this student project is protected under the curriculum body of work during said academic. Posting it publicly is a violation of student and university privacy protections agreement code. Additionally, not notifying or obtaining written permission to do so is an extension of privacy violations. This isn’t an accuracy issue it’s a legal issue.

@Fran I will need to speak with a senior management individual. I see you’re only been working here just under a year.
