How do I remove a completely factually incorrect credit from my IMDB profile? I can't produce evidence because I'm not associated with it!

I have been completely incorrectly credited as an 'Additional Voice over Artist' for 'Dr. Seuss's The Sneetches'. I have no idea why I was given this credit, as I have no connection whatsoever to this movie. I had no idea this movie even existed before I decided to go to my IMDB profile randomly today and it appeared there. 

When I checked the movie credits, my name does appear there, but clearly, it's someone else who shares my name AND surname. How do I get rid of it? How does one 'upload evidence' when the evidence is missing because I'm not part of it in the first place?
